Plan Details
- *All plans are a 12-month commitment.
- Unlimited exams do not include emergency exams or hospitalizations.
- Biohazard fees are covered on any invoice that includes a plan benefit item.
- Bundled blood profiles must be invoiced together as a panel. Individual tests will be charged to the pet owner.
- Plan pricing does not include tax. Sales tax is the client’s responsibility and will be charged to the card on file.
